Massage Professionals has been accepting No-Fault and Workers' Compensation insurance since 2013. We have successfully assisted numerous patients with returning to Pain Free daily routines. If you've recently been in a car accident or experienced a work injury, and been prescribed massage therapy by your doctor, we are confident that we can help you!
The therapists we assign to work with injured patients are required to have taken a 200-hour Post Graduate Clinical Massage Therapy program OR have at least 5 or more years of practical experience. Many of our therapists fall under Both of these requirements so you can rest assured that you have the most qualified therapists assisting you through your healing process.
If you have already opened a claim with your insurance company or employer, please fill in the online submission form below. This is a secure form and will be sent directly to our Clinic Manager who will then reach out to you within 1-2 business days. We understand that you're in pain and apologize for any delays, however, verification is extremely important to ensure that you do not incur any unforeseen out-of-pocket cost for the services.
Important Note: a prescription from a medical doctor (M.D., D.O, etc) is required for No-Fault cases. Due to No-Fault regulations, we are not able to accept prescriptions written by nurses or physician's assistants (P.A., R.N., N.P., etc.).
